Cant see what they would be signing Nico for although Pep must have a plan.

Nico this season look like been given more freedom in final third and having his best season.

Never really looked one to sit deep and spray ball from DM.

Maybe they want him in that CM role that gets forward as Gundos legs look done to play that to a high level.

Not even sure they would sack him if fighting relegation to be honest.

Gundos legs looked fucked last season and in summer for Germany.. looked the same at City.

Fair age to be asking a midfielder to be playing roles that require that much running.
