Thoughts on my fantasy challenge team? It's not FPL, it's the new game of challenge. They do stipulations every week, like in a week or two you will get 7 extra points if a player scores from outside the box.
This week it is players under 6 million score double points (last week players over 9 million scored double points and I got 131 points, very high). The issue is it's very easy to get great players in, because they still give a 100m budget even though you're only picking 11 players, whereas the main game that 100 covers the four bench players too. I think they should make it harder.
Anyway, here is my team, with 20m left lol. The problem is deciding if the lesser players are worth it, because Salah needs to score double the points of a weaker player for example to break even, but obviously he is a safer bet too. An option is to take under 6m defenders from big clubs in the defence as they're typically still top players as defenders cost less -but obviously it makes sense to take Robbo and not Virg or Trent as they're over 6m so this week they get half his points with the stipulation.
You can change right up til a player kicks off so I could change Joao Pedro as captain etc (captaining an under 6m player is essentially quadruple points as captain scores double points every week). I have him as captain but could change it. I did have Isak originally and at home to Leicester is a great fixture, but think I will risk with Strand Larsen due to double points. I could also bring in isak for saka and change formation to 3-4-3.
