Its also why I prefer to draw Real next or even in the semi's. A Barca vs Bayern final is what the football fans worldwide want to see though, so I would definitely like to see it play out like that at full strength.

Why would it ? If all european teams can pay the same maximum then it's up to the players to choose where they go according to their non-monetary preferences... if anything Barça would be the biggest winner in this

If by that he means a maximum wage for individual then you are right .but if it is maximum cap space it will surely hurt us .

Why now ? Just because we're coming in Europe ? Why not 20 years ago when Ligue 1 was in third position before the Bausman era ? The french football lost a lot with the money, now we have 1 club with the same money power than other big clubs, you don't want to see the next ?
