I'll be surprised if Paris buys Cech when they've made it abundantly clear they're prioritizing Pogba and a Left Winger/Forward. Douchez has already extended a year, no rumors of potential buyers for Sirigu, Arreola soon to come over, and no movement on Pogba or the attacking players they're pursuing. But we'll see.
PSG never said Pogba is their priority.

French medias did, but it's been now 3 weeks that they all said PSG can't buy Pogba and that they switched targets.

Severac from Le_Parisien said it today again on iTélé: PSG can't buy Pogba, it isn't PSG's priority.

And I can tell you PSG fans in France are raging, because if PSG sells Cavani without getting Pogba, it would be atrocious. Cavani can't be replaced with a better striker for the same price or less. Unless you swap him with a megastar like Pogba, it's a bad deal.

And everyone points out that Juve wants cavani, but will not sell pogba to PSG.

As Severac said, our only hope is Nasser. Nasser needs to refuse to sell Cavani. FFP will really change only next year for PSG according to today news. we can't let Cavani go this summer.

PSG never said Pogba is their priority.

Why does Nasser keep holding talks with he and his agent? I wonder what they've spoken about?

Since said meeting Juventus/Pogba have turned down offers from Barcelona, Real Madrid, and Manchester City.

French medias did, but it's been now 3 weeks that they all said PSG can't buy Pogba and that they switched targets.

They haven't said that. They've only mentioned potential backups encase Pogba doesn't come over.

Severac from Le_Parisien said it today again on iTélé: PSG can't buy Pogba, it isn't PSG's priority.

They won't know if they'll have the money to purchase Pogba until the new FFP restrictions are announced. PSG's budget is expected to increase significantly, but even if they can't purchase him outright there's going to be departures.

And I can tell you PSG fans in France are raging, because if PSG sells Cavani without getting Pogba, it would be atrocious. Cavani can't be replaced with a better striker for the same price or less. Unless you swap him with a megastar like Pogba, it's a bad deal.

We both know Nasser isn't selling Cavani without an agreement for Pogba to come over, or at the very least, until an adequate replacement is found. I suspect Juventus officials and Cavani's agent are aware of this is as well.

And everyone points out that Juve wants cavani, but will not sell pogba to PSG.

I don't know how they're going to convince Nasser to sell Cavani without sending Pogba in return.

As Severac said, our only hope is Nasser. Nasser needs to refuse to sell Cavani. FFP will really change only next year for PSG according to today news. we can't let Cavani go this summer.

Nasser won't sell unless he's happy with the return, FFP should be relaxed come the end of June.

You guys can't even buy Pogba this coming window anyway, with FFP sanctions you can't right? So strengthen places that need to be strengthened without paying too much, and that means not selling Cavani, cause you won't get a good enough replacement, especially considering Ibra is 34 now. Cech is 33, still top quality and won't cost you an arm and a leg. Despite his quality we can't sell him for a shit tonne, but we can sell him for a good price to PSG.

Yes.

Out:

Cabaye
Cavani
Lavezzi
Digne

In:

Pogba

But that won't be necessary if FFP restrictions are relaxed. Also, if PSG buys Cech I'll send you a dollar.

Michel Platini announced that the Executive Committee of the UEFA would have to ratify the 29/30 June a text proposing a relaxation of financial fair play. In what proportions? ESPN Announces close reforms that written by L'Equipe this morning.

Lev authorized deficit will remain at € 45M over three seasons. This will be allowed in order not to harm the investment is a one-time flexibility. A club can propose a multi-year plan to the UEFA supervisory body to obtain a green light from the European body. Thus, a shareholder may inject funds into a club if they can plausibly generate income up to the eventual investment . One can broadly think that PSG would have received this green light and that paradoxically, it would not have been punished ... So the consistency of "business plan" that will give the possibility or not to go beyond its capabilities moment in terms of revenues. It will not be for PSG, or others, a freedom to act at the height of its shareholder resources.

Bertus can provide the proper translation if he wants to or has the time. But essentially, new ownership is allowed a short period(3 years I believe) of authorized deficit before their project is expected to turn a profit. Under the new rules PSG wouldn't have been a FFP violator, and therefore wouldn't be restricted from spending. All depends on the ruling though, so we'll see.

This was 12 days ago:

Paul Pogba is the top priority of PSG to strengthen the workforce, says RMC Sport this morning. The Paris Club has proposed orally an annual salary of € 11m , said the media. A request was made to determine at what amount Juve was ready to start negotiations with the benevolence of Mino Raiola, his representative. But that's not all, Laurent Blanc wants the recruitment of Angel Di Maria , and PSG reconnected with Jorge Mendes, his agent. "El Fideo could be recruited in the form of a loan with option to buy to circumvent the financial fair play, provided that payroll Champions France does not explode " written RMC Sport .

http://canal-supporters.com/2015/05/pogba-et-di-maria-les-priorites-du-psg-selon-rmc/

this was today:

"The constraints of the financial fair play have changed that to Paris . So much so that Paul Pogba appears too expensive today for the team from the capital. This may well have almost inexhaustible resources, we must first respect the rules adopted by UEFA, writes Le Parisien . With the constraints, even lighter, the Financial Fair Play for Summer 2015 (pending that they are greatly reduced or waived in 2016), such a transfer fee seems out budget for Paris. Except to imagine that in Pogba operation, Edinson Cavani, on the shelves of Juventus, is included. (...) If the Paris leadership suspected that Juventus would prove challenging to unleash its magnificent least she imagined, however, that the midfielder and his advisers would be the just as much. The former resident of Manchester United receives between 4 and € 5 million annual net. To move at PSG, he would have asked two or three times more. Or remuneration or less than that of Zlatan Ibrahimovic, € 12 million net. "

Perhaps Bertus can provide the proper translations when he has the time.

The rules of financial fair play will be relaxed, it is now a certainty since Michel Platini and UEFA confirmed, but there is still disagreement on the date of application of the new texts, which should be adopted late June during an executive committee. For if the team asserted Tuesday that PSG should wait until next year to see the constraints lower, the daily Les Echos announced Wednesday that it is good from that 2015 transfer window as the club from the capital will be more firepower on the transfer market. This revelation was made by the business newspaper European Club Association (ECA), who declined to discuss the substance of the discussions with UEFA but conceded that " reform should be initiated as soon as next season part of a 2015-2018 cycle. "As recall the Les Echos, if the current financial fair play goes mainly to promote some historical clubs, he still allowed to bring the deficit football clubs 1.6 billion euros in 2010 to 400 million in 2014. Meanwhile, if the good news is confirmed, the Paris Saint-Germain could be more active than expected, although it will still be under the control of UEFA experts.

The big hit of the summer transfer market Juventus remains the Matador Edison Cavani (28) . E 'it expected later this month in a new counter with the leadership in Paris. PSG calls for at least 50 million, plus an option on Pogba, while Juventus are ready to offer 40 million cash. The player, who has long since found the agreement with Juventus, a base of 6 million per season for five years. It remains only to understand the intentions of the club final in Paris and if you really Pogba is to Paris. Currently, the Ligue 1 club said that the demands of engagement of Octopus Paul are excessive. The situation could unlock shortly. This season the Matador has collected a total of 50 appearances with 28 goals and 2 assists to his credit. In Uruguayan instead it boasts 71 appearances and 24 goals. In his palmares one Italian Cup, a championship and a cup of French league, a league title and a cup Uruguayan America. David Geey , business lawyer specializing in sports, believes that Manchester City and PSG will have more latitude with the relaxation of the Financial Fair Play will be officially recorded in late June. "This would allow club owners to spend more than they earn, but they remain subject to strict requirements, provide a guarantee for losses , combined with a solid business plan which should define how the club will tend to break even with the costs transfer and salary short term " , says the expert in the International Business Times .

For example, if the easing is one, PSG will be able to get into the red for the purchase of a big star, beyond the allowed deficits since no lack of financial guarantees provided to prove the investment will allow the club to increase at the same height of the club revenues: through sports scores, in terms of marketing progress, sales of jerseys, etc. In short, we will discuss about ROI players "bankable" .

Pushed out this winter by Laurent Blanc , PSG striker Ezequiel Lavezzi had finally made the choice to stay until the end of the season. At one year from the end of the contract, El Pocho would approach a departure seems inevitable. Monitoring the situation in Argentina for months, English club Tottenham would be taken action in recent days shows TMW and concluded an agreement in principle with the player on the basis of a four-year contract.

The Spurs are now open negotiations with PSG to finalize arrival. Recruited to € 26 million during the summer of 2012, Ezequiel Lavezzi is estimated at € 15 million. An exit door that would be good news for PSG for the financial fair play, but also in payroll knowing that his salary is the fifth of the club with 6.6 million € / year.
