Rafinha Alcantara

Thread move? Glad to see him finally not being our player anymore, with the endless and pointless loans every season. It's clear he won't ever be good enough or at least fit enough for a top club. Can see him move to MLS or back to Brazil in another 2 years, after playing in about 25 games altogether in that time, rest of the time benched or injured.

Why are we gifting players to clubs that have been nothing but a pain in our ass? Better let us negotiate for Mbappe when he inevitably asks to leave.

You know they won't  This club is a doormat for other clubs at this point. Unbelievable that top clubs like Bayern, Juventus, and PSG get good quality freebies or discounts.

I still don't understand why we sold him for cheap. He's better than most of our attaching mf... Really nice debut

He was on high wages which prevented more clubs being interested in him and he only had a year left on his contract. He had no future at the club so getting whatever for him and offload his wages is better than nothing.

Anyway, good luck to Rafa, I've always liked him more than his brother (not saying he's better though).
