Wow 9 kids smh really , that's the stereotype you want to lead with.

It was not meant like that, at all. He has 3 kids actually, so I was way out on the number anyway. I thought he had a very big family, my bad. I honestly cannot see him ever playing outside of England. He is more likely to move to Spurs or Chelsea than leave the UK. Either way, he is on roughly 300k per week, we need to get away from those type of wages.

Where does the idea that Sterling wouldn't leave the UK come from?

No1 will match his wages.

PSG would but he is not needed. Real dont want him, Barca cant afford him. He is not gonna go to a team that isnt challenging for the Champions League either.

do you think he would leave the PL?

If we are lucky enough to sigh him that would be cool, we need quality, but he plays far better off the left that right imo so I don't know where he would fit, that's fati/depay's best position.

Another obstacle, and not just one for Sterling is that trying to get players from PL clubs is so expensive (Transfer fee). The clubs at the bottom are now so rich they dont need to sell so you always have to pay huge fees.

We needed to pick up the likes of Camavinga for 40mil but unfortunately he is now with the eternal rivals.

Going forward we need to raid France, Germany, Holland and South America for the best young players before they become big stars and affordable.

Sterling grew up in Jamaica in his youngers and stlll goes back there to the beaches.

Not another big club in europe offers what Barca does on that front and also the UK press he feels hounded/victimised by.

Doubt City would sell him to another UK club and even then Utd are stacked, Chelsea dont really play with wide players and why would he go to Spurs?

Admire Sterling a lot if he fancies the Barca move. Would improve squad massively and has that pace/directness lacking.

Exactly. I'd happily take him. He is quality to our roster.

He seemed willing to move to madrid when it was rumored a few years ago, so he at least doesn't seem like one of this English players who arent willing to move to a foreign country, though to he fair a few more have been doing that recently.

Fati-----Depay----sterling

I'd take to to win la Liga right now if we can get our midfield combination right.... koeman.
