IRL he took a pay-cut to go to Brirmingham and play first team football. I'd say he has the highest ceiling of any player England has, whether he'll have a good enough attitude to make it count remains to be seen.

He's a talented player but has a terrible attitude, he was supposed to be the best young player at United by far even when they had Pogba and with Januzaj, but he instead found himself into the wrong crowd and hasn't progressed as much.

Bit loose with his passing at times but capable of some great little bits of play. Makes you wonder what he'd be like if he'd been more dedicated early on.
