Xavi,Messi,Alves,Puyol have been playing non-stop for 3 years now.

Iniesta was injured all the time last year.Ever since the WC has been playing brilliantly the whole time.

Plus,we had injuries this season.Madrid did not.

It's not always about the talent and u need form.. let's see how you fair but i've seen so many weaknesses this season

They played better cause we were just starting our campaign with new players, managers and tactics.. u can see the improvement is there .. and i thought u meant as a squad so i was wrong there..

Honestly no i don't think you will improve to read your normal level , you will improve in some patches of the season but the overall will be less than last two seasons.
the squad is seen they are there everyday except for Eto'o which your club decided to ditch for no logical reason but a feeling . i'm talking about game play not trophies achievement .
this season you seem to have patches even in your games.. sometimes good first half other games good second half almost on rare occasions a good game .. that describe your story so far . there is lack of hunger and the bench is piss poor
so i don't see you improving and vs Real all we need is one of those lackluster/careless 45 minutes from you

Kaka, Pepe,Albiol,Canales,Ramos,Arbeloa,Garay,... etc ?? we practically had a player out every week

You are in too much of a hurry to make conclusions.Our squad is better from last year.And I think that will translate onto the pitch.Iniesta and Alves are approaching their 08/09 levels. Now all that remains is for Messi to settle a bit more,Villa to find confidence and peace of mind and Xavi to be fully fit...and voila...the irresistable Barca.

if pep was gonna do something to avoid complacency in the squad this would have been the time. the majority of our squad won the world cup and the hunger is potentially gone. we do not know but it is more reasonable to assume the team would be complacent now than int he treble winning season.

Kaka is history,and you know it.Albiol will be a benchwarmer,Canales is for the future(at best),Arbeloa is a fringe player,ditto Garay.

Ramos and Pepe are vital but nothing compared to Messi and Xavi.

The ugly truth is that Real Madrid is the best team in Europe right now. Beating this monster of a team will be Pep's hardest assignment by far in his career.

I'd prefer saying Real Madrid is the in-form team in Europe atm...

I think to be called the best team in Europe you have to prove it over the course of a whole season, any team can go hot for a month or two and then cold...and anyways, Real Madrid have only beaten one 'supposedly' real big team at home during this hot form, its not like they beat 4...

Lol at RM fans already deciding EL Clasico is a done deal solely based on the current form. Over-hyped. I'm no going to deny we're in a bad form, we are playing way below our standards atm, but I think we proved more than once how quickly we can revive our form and when much more was at stake. Don't forget that despite how poor our form is, we're still one point behind RM in the league and topping our CL group. Not to mention the Clasico is a whole different game, form is not a factor. When I see Real maintaining the same level a whole season and actually winning some trophies to support that run, then I'll call them the best team in Europe, right now they're nothing more than an in-form team IMO.

In a head to head game I see Chelsea comfortably beating this in-form Real team...
