I'm so PISSED ! There is a person to blame and when that person is actually going to be found by the media, I'll be the first one to stir shit. How the hell can you extend the healing period of a damn hernia in your back from 2 to 5 months ?! Fuck SAKE !!!!

Benzema is as good as done around here if he fails to reach anywhere close to his potential. We're desperate for quality upfront and it seems like if we don't acquire Adebayor we will be left with CR/Kaka doing the role of a forward which is flippin' scary.

Situation is utterly messed up and it's not looking promising at all coming onto February's CL.

Beast, I'd wait with the judgement till Ade plays some matches for us. He convinces me more than Benzema in any way.

By The Way, Canales is back in the squad, interesting.

The person to blame is actually Gonzalo himself , that's how Jose sees it anyhow ..
from day one our doctors said it's surgery , he wanted to cut down the time by trying other alternative /conservative treatment
at the end Gonzalo is the losing one however this injury is not like other parts of the body .. the back /nervous system can complicate things for him he won't be able to move as normal with such ease.. he will be back in training after 2 month (that's after he do the surgery and so far he will still return from Argentina ) so you are looking toward 10/15 March for those 2 month to be over .. give him a month to get back to match fitness ? season will be over

i never rated Adebarndoor and never will .. but i will keep my " i told you so " or "I was wrong " for later
i have more faith in Benz living up to his billing than Barndoor doing something useful

that's exactly what he should do aswell. it was higuain's call. but thing is, higuain might never become the player he was destined to be now, herniated discs are noooooooot sweet business..

Higgy isn't a lazy player and he is much more likely to get back on track than fat arses like Benzema and he gets a lot of support from the fanbase too. Since he is the future of this club and the football overall, I'm not worried about him.

When was the last period of time when we had no long-term injuries ? Higgy, Kaka, Garay (not so much but still), Gago, Pepe, Momo, RvN and all that. Bloody hell, our training staff is shitting over its own reputation. Not all of them are due to training staff, say Pepe, but honestly, having this amount of injuries sucks.

You could always use a loan option, which will clear the room for Llorente in the summer, tho.
Of course, it can't be easy to find a good enough striker in January on loan, but who knows. I guess even Adebayor is better than nothing right now, you're getting thin in attack

All this talk of Jose demanding a new striker must be crippling for Benz' confidence.

Do you think you can compete with Barca without any squad additions Beast? (also have a go at my Liga XI topic)

I'd rather have Santa Cruz than Adebarndoor as a hold up #9. He is extremely dreamy.

Most definately not. Very hardworking and sane kid, down-to-earth etc.
But the reoccurring injuries that may come will fuck his career up.

If you want a number 9 then you want Andy Carroll, but then I hear it's obligatory to sign Kevin Nolan too.

No Ry i don't think we can , nor any of the "available " names can do it.. it will take a miracle to pull it off .
Higuain is the main striker force for Real for sometime now .. it's like losing Eto'o back in the days

Looks like people are totally writing Adeb off... True he has some issues but when motivated he is really a good forward. Also that shooting incident seems to have affected him a lot. IMO under Mou, he would really shine. Also he has a point to prove

The only thing he's motivated by is money. And once he gets it he can no longer be bothered. When he tries though, he's a fantastic striker.
