Nice goal from RM courtesy of Di Maria's cross to CR but curious how the offside rule works there...Gonzo was definitely offside but CR was the goalscorer...Eventhough Gonzo was ahead of the play and not the goalscorer, doesn't that affect the defending?

Never quite understood the rules on offside there...Nice goal though not the kind of goal you often see from Barça

If he is not involved it's not an offside judging from his position it's not as CR was ahead of him and the ball never reached Higuain
