Mam need to recover first . it's safe to say he & Ruud situation will be clear when they come back from injury .. but i see a pair of M Diarra-Xabi the strongest in the world par none

He's not. Madridista's have forgotten about the man who was their lynch pin in the midfield for 2 seasons.With the arrival of Lassana Diarra and now Xabi Alonso, coupled with the fact that "Lass" has been brilliant since his debut has definitely displaced him in the squad.

Not really Jabba ,every player has his usage in the team.. we hope to win 3 trophies or compete in them we have wealth in some position, i could say at this point our bench is actually excellent and it could solve many tactical problems or injuries..
However Ruud & Diarra were out for almost 9 month.. with no game time there is no telling how they will be after such a long lay off ..

That's what i mean Gio, he has been displaced its pretty obvious that he won't start every game like he used to.When players like Lass, Xabi, Gago and Granero a head of him, yes the season is long but i don't think he will be content with being on the back burner neither will Ruud.

If he play well Manu will put him as a starter.. make no mistake.
but it's a long process and so far both are training but nothing heavy .. if he regain form he will be right beside Xabi ..
Diarra(on form ) beside Xabi ahead of the current defense would put any team trying to score into real difficulties .
