I am Leg End
I have said previously that karim needed a strong manager who could instill some discipline in him, and in pellegrini I think he has a manager who could bring that in his game.

He has all the tools, but he needs a strong manager who does not pander to his every whim - like at lyon. Then and only then you will see him at his best.

Then you should get a win. Would you be happy with a draw?

In the long run i said before so many times that's it's impossible to beat Barca for the league title , we have a learning curve and i expect slip ups from now till Feb .

We play Xerez Tomorrow @ home .. they will park the bus and try every trick to stop us (normally ) i expect a win but could be an ugly one .
then we travel to play Villarreal.. Nilmar so far is on fire . with Xabi-Pepe-Metz out & Albiol carrying a knock things could get ugly .
Ramos may play tomorrow and i think Manu will play him as a CB

Still believing it. :D

And why would i not have faith ? we have all the ingredients for a great team that can win the CL title and other trophies ?
Did you believe Pep would end up with a treble in his first year ? .

we have a really very good team and stronger than 80 % of the other teams in Europe , the team have the potential to dominate the scene for a while and above all Perez is in the back seat (which is why i'm optimistic this time around ) .
the our team needs is time to gel and a little luck when needed

I didn't. (OK, I can't prove it since I wasn't on this forum yet but I really didn't. I would have been happy if he only took La Liga.)
And when we starting to do, we finally encountered a decent opponent (Chelsea) and bang.

I'm just still surprised you went with the perez flow, G. you don't seem to have criticism at all anymore (except for Benzaghi of course. :D), even the bloody coarse marketing of Real you seem to support. Kaka can't do anything wrong, the defense is great, ... where has my beast gone?

Kevin my friend can't you notice that Perez no longer exist in the teams affair (so far ) except as an info on who is Real president ?

should i criticize everything and anything to appear impartial for some ?
People who were on the old forum know my hate to Perez 5 years ago , and my emotions when he was about to consider to run back in Jan.
but apart from the introduction of Kaka-CR..etc i didn't see or read anything about Perez or about the way we play ..etc the same way he used to do before .
during the first term Perez was like the official spokesperson he used to come out & comment on every game /tactics . i don't even see his face on Marca & AS anymore.

Moreover i see Manuel Pellegerini playing the way he likes without a single person interfering . anyone who watched Madrid under Perez first galactico (even cule's ) would tell you that benching his 96 Million prize trophy would have meant the end of his stint in Real . now he is throwing Benzema (who is thrown as the next Ronaldo by the Madrid press ) on the bench for the sake of Calderon boy (Higuain )

you either missed Perez first regime mate or wasn't paying attention to our affairs back than cause any old Madrid fan (or cule who used to follow what he used to do for laughs ) would tell you this is very unlike Florentino Perez .

I hope that explained OUR VIEWS from a Madrid perspective however if you want me to be critical for the sake of it than you understood me wrong and i'm not your guy .

with regards to tomorrows match, the good news is, that ramos is back again and albiol recovered in time. with metze out for three weeks and pepe still suspended, the timing couldn't be more perfect. credit to pellegrini for giving ramos some more time instead of rushing him back last weekend/midweek!!!

nothing on the starting XI so far, of course. but i hope higuain is starting over benzema again and gago stays away from the pitch.

yay, I get that.

But that wasn't my problem. You just seem way to happy with the current affairs, without any piece of criticism, it doesn't look like the beast i've seen psoting the previous months. :D There must be something that worries you like hell.

I didn't follow the affairs as close as I do now during Perez I but I of course know the main things that happened back then.

well look @ it this way..
we are just 3 games into the season , not enough seen to be critical about (except Gago of course ) .
Anything i say now will be premature as the team is going through a complete makeover from formation to players .
All we should see now is hints of how they will play @ full speed + grind results.
so far Manu did both . mistakes will occur from players getting used to a new formation but the question will always be if you can iron them out.
you saw the link i posted earlier ? yesterday there was news about a group session from Manu to the players on how to defend set pieces (what you ,me & ward were talking about that same day ) .
the man is working with a team installing his idea's and i don't see anything worth worrying about atm . they team is attacking and winning games as i said we are just about 50 % of our full gear so far so good .

I have one thing that is worrying me atm the moment but it's far from what we discussed here on the forum pages and for now i'll keep it to myself
