Campos strategy is to build teams rather than superstars. With players entering their prime and largely untapped or undervalued.
The two seasons PSG didn't win Ligue1, Campos was the TD of the winners.
Credentials are there, and the trust for the strategy seems to be (atleast initially).
Question is if this can work for the next level of the CL, where both Campos and Gaultier don't have the XP.
Even Pauper Pep hasn't cracked that one yet, though to be fair City just don't have the transfer budget.
