Done deal. He'll initially sign for free with a sell on percentage for us but if they are promoted within the next 2 years they pay a transfer fee.

We are mostly just giving away these Barca B players while OTOH Madrid have sold a 21 yo Castilla CB to Lazio for 6m.
Manaj started 19 games in Serie A last season, he has 30 caps for NT (yes, it's Albania but still) and we couldn't even get 1-2m straight upfront for him?
Yes, we've sold Jutgla for a solid money but I think it was mostly because we've "exposed" him in La Liga when we had no other options and he looked quite well there. Otherwise he'd probably also only be sold for % of future sales like Manaj and Pereira.

Thee are plenty of B team players Barca would get money for and have had offers for in past.
Manaj is a poor player who has not excelled at any level.
Surprised Watford have even taken him for free.

He has failed in Seria A twice and has one good year in his all career which was in Spain 3rd division (old format) while being the age of 23/24.
He is 25 already, one year left in contract and not even a sure thing he can succeed in 2nd division in top leagues like Spain/England/Italy
Let's be thankful he was at least Barca B success

Still has to earn 30 caps even for a country like Albania. I can think about a player in our first team who couldn't do the same.
Clubs have spend money on worse players than him, nobody can convince me we couldn't get at least some money now.
