Denis is not a midfielder unless he plays wide in a 4-4-2 as he did for Villarreal, or as LW as he did for Barca B and Man City, and Gomes...just painful to watch him and I like him as a player, but he's not suited for this team, not as a starter or as an impact player from the bench.
I tend to not be trigger happy and want to give players two full seasons most of the time, but these guys are not going to make it.

How similar is Denis in terms of playstyle as compared to Bernardo Silva, Coutinho, Dele Alli, Erikssen

I won't blame the fans for anything,whatever their reaction is because their passion. Even if it is totally illogical tbf. Non of the 5 players we signed last summer was heavily rumored to join us last season anyway.

Out of those he's more similar to Dele Alli IMO if consider how he played in Villarreal. Just as direct.

Jese Rodriguez burnt out after he tore his ACL and Real sell him for 25mil.
No fcking reason we shouldn't be doing the same.
How similar are Coutinho Bernardo Silva and Eriksen to Modric and Kroos?

I guess this management and board is just incompetent in everything. Even releases players on good behaviour like Sandro
Manages to lose Thiago and Grimaldo who may also make us regret it in the future.
I know what you're getting to, but I said Koke + Coutinho. Not Coutinho and Bernardo Silva or Eriksen.
Problem is that there are simply no players like that available. You're not getting Thiago back and certainly not getting Verratti from PSG either.

We have sold both Cesc,Pedro(he had one year left and forced release clause) and Sanchez for good price, it can be done if the player is actually good and not 29+
35 M for Sanchez is not a good price. This was a 25 or so year old hot talent, Chile's star and among La liga topscorers that season.
We have Martial going for 50 M, Renato Sanches for 45 M
Cesc was an established 27/8 year old worldclass CAM, known to be a top assister, we sold him underwhelmingly low
Same with Pedro

Thiago is not in my list as well. Good in the technical areas but not good enough defensively.
My standard for how a CM should defend is Modric and Kroos, and these two help a looot in defence

ٍSanchez was having his 1st good season in Liga and we wanted to sell him,and we did sell him for 41M. That was good price and good resale value. The fact that some other club did a stupid deal doesn't mean anything.
This is like me saying Gomes price is good because of Oscar price. It doesn't work that way
Pedro was 28, had one year left in his contract. 30M for him was gr8 deal.
Cesc wasn't perfect deal,but again he was failure here and we got what we paid for him.
And this is Donak point, we can get most of the money back if we signed such player. And those prove his point.
Oh,And Kroos isn't good defensively for a CM btw, I would rate Thiago higher than him in that regard

We were rumoured with most of those players, the signing announcement came out of nowhere and surprised most people, but we were linked to those players.
Nothing illogical about it, people are getting fed up with the incompetence of our Sporting Department. Barcelona is a elite club, so why are we not being linked to top players, talents or coaches while Robert is in charge? specially in areas like CM or RB where we've reached a point of critical need.
These are serious issues. Either he gets with the program or he gets the hell out of this club.
