Every player, and I mean every single one, who leaves La Masia in their teens is the most talented player in La Masia.

Well, every 3-4 generations there will be 2-4 players who stands out the most and Navarro is definitely one of them now.
It's too early to tell if Navarro is comparable to Thiago, Aleñá tier but he has been more dominant in his age group than Adrià Bernabé and Sergio Gómez.
Anyway, there always has been players who leave for whatever reason but I won't blame the players when this many players who are highly rated in the club are leaving in such a short period of time.

They are leaving for much bigger money and promises of first team football at a younger age. Something Barca wont match.
Some weight that up and want to go others dont.
Barca B have about the best group of young players had in years despite some leaving.
Some folk go ballistic when players leave and dont say a peep when they decide to stay.

It is almost impossible to predict accurately at that age.

I don't think money is the only reason. Riqui could have left Barca for Spurs, earned good wages and play for the first team after some u23/u19 games. Insted he decided to stay and now has to play two seasons for Barca B like Aleña did + legends like Xavi, Busi and Iniesta. It's all about trusting their youth and Riqui felt trusted because of Pimienta.
Not only did Pimienta convinced Riqui to stay but also other Juvenil A players. Riqui takes a risk to play for a team with a board that have not promoted a single youth players since they took over. Thiago was under Pep era and they sold him so no trust there. And Roberto was ready to leave until Lucho stopped him. Grimaldo, a promising Left Back was sold because they wanted a finished Adriano over him and he played amazing for Benfica until the injury. Samper is easilly very talented. His vision, passes and control are all amazing. His only weakness is defending. But this board decided to loan him out again so they could keep Lord Paulinho? And you expect players to trust this board? Really? The only reason Riqui stayed is because Pimienta is a true cruyffista and convinced him to stay. Segura doesn't care about youth players unless they are physical strong. Bakero is a cunt that doesn't know how to treat youth players when he along with Amor told the press that youth players are leaving for money. So Segura, Amor and Bakero fails fo convince players but Pimienra does? Not even surprised.
The only reason theh are leaving is because Sergio Busquets is the last youth player that have succeeded + Segura, Amor and Bakero are all clueless. Also this board likes Brazilian and physical players. Disgrace. Can't believe you are protecting this board. Money can ofc be some of the reason, but they will rather fail in another team but earn good wages instead of being benched by players like Paulinho and Gomes. Under this board youth players will either be sold or they will play two season at Barca B, loaned out, then sold with a buy back option and then back to Barca being benched by shit players. This is why theh are leaving and money is not the biggest reason.

Busquets is not even a la masia player and Pedro came through after him as did Thiago.
Since then lots of players have been promoted but just havent been good enough.
You need to go look again before making claims like 'not single youth player has been promoted under this board'.
The board are not after 'Brazilian and physical players' stop believing everything you read and actually look at the type of players being chased and being signed.
You seem to try and blame the board for any player not getting chances then give credit to likes of Lucho for Roberto not leaving.
