Both special but beating England's champions at Wembley, seeing Abidal lift the cup and totally demolish the pre-match build up and hype (all i heard was how Man Utd were READY for us this time and would beat us) gives it the edge

Win at Rome was an important part of Barca History(Completion of the Treble). But, if you consider the game performance, I'd choose Wembley.

It's very simple.

BOTH. Extremely important in their own way. The triumph in Rome seriously undermined the whole "EPL is better argument" and the the victory in London rekindled Barca's "place as the best in the world" after all the "Special One" bullshitting of the season past.
