And it's funny some of you people were ronnie fans but expect messi to be better if he won titles. Just means whoever has more glory is the better man. Wow, I didn't know Ronaldinho fanboys still existed. On a serious note that was Ronaldinho's best season and we don't know if Messi peaked yet. Both had great teammates around them that tend to be overshadowed too.

Well Messi isn't as good of a long passer as Ronaldinho is, and he doesn't do stepovers and other pointless tricks. But yeah, Messi is better than Ronaldinho was.

Though Ronnie was one of the reasons I really got into watching club football, and ultimately ended up supporting Barca, imo Messi is just superior to even the best version of Ronaldinho. Perhaps not as entertaining, I'll give you that. But Messi is a one in a lifetime player.
