No. You'll see some guys get close such as Neymar, but you won't see anyone do anythign quite like Ronaldinho IMO. Especially since that playing style is fading out at the top levels of the sport.
It's extremely hard to be flashy and effective at the same time. Cristiano for example got rid of the former for more of efficiency. Neymar is seesawing between the two.
Get the feeling that Dinho did what he was doing because it was fun, which is also why he didn't last very long in his prime. Today coaches will want to get rid of those sides early to make for a more effective player.
