Don't know if it was already mentioned, but we are following him since 2011 and had 27 or 28 scouting reports before we've signed him. Good scouting, at least this time.

Our most reliable defender this season hands down! I d love to see him grow more hair n style it just like Puyol! He d look incredibly tough n intimidating that way!

What Umtiti's been doing is pretty incredible for his first season. If he continues at around this level for some years (hopefully with Barca winning some key trophies) then he'll surely be a club legend. He's one of the most underrated players in football at the moment, mostly because many people don't actually watch a lot of football and don't know how much of a tank he is.

His only weakness is positioning. If he improves in that he will quickly become Top-5 CB in the world.

Thought he was all over the place in the first half positioning-wise. Drawn out way too often which made Pique having to cover for him and Alba going inside too many times.
Great in the 2nd half though.

Well, he's been fantastic most of the season and is young for a CB, so no big deal anyway. Very happy to have him.
