Considering its his first year, hes done extremly well so far.
Hell make his misstakes like every defender, but i had high hopes and he has exceeded them so far.
Imho he should be the starting CB alongside Pique ahead of Mascherano already.

I like him but I think he's far too reckless. His dribbles forward are rarely helpful and he's actually worse at it than Bartra, so I'd rather he just cut it out, lol.

Him having a not so great game has completely to do with playing RCB. He's left footed so playing there makes it awkward and difficult to find passing lanes. Still had a solid game tho when it came to actual defending

He played RCB before with Mascherano and he did well. He's not as comfortable there as in his more natural LCB position but I think he can play RCB well too if needed. He just had some bad passes at poor pitch against Eibar but otherwise I think he was fine.
