Being the brother of a footballer doesn't qualify you to be a football coach nor does it mean he has any coaching skill. I guess we should sign Ansu Fati's brother that plays in the English 9th division just because they are related?

Actual qualifications like coaching badges do however. You know, stuff that Oscar actually has to do himself rather than be walked into a job as assistant manager at Barcelona because he is related to Xavi.

It was a joke man, relax. Wanted to ask you "what color is your Bugatti?" at first, but decided to stay on topic.

On a serious note, Davide Ancelotti is a Bundesliga, CL and LL winner.

Sorry

Davide Ancelotti has a UEFA A license and did a degree in sports science so at least despite him just hiring his son he actually has qualifications.

Don't think Oscar even has any and just been following Xavi around.

Tbf, if you are a former footballer and/or are connected to someone with influence in the sport, it only takes around 20K euros to get your UEFA A Pro License - https://learn.englandfootball.com/courses/football/uefa-pro-licence

He did that Aspire Academy thing - https://www.transfermarkt.com/oscar-hernandez/profil/trainer/97070.

Of course it is not ideal, but not all can have Mourinho as their translator.

Cruyff was the best ever and had no badges IIRC. Who cares about badges? Xavi is the coach because he is qualified for the job through his understanding of the game, personality and legendary status within the club, he can then decide those he surrounds himself with. Of course he is not very successful so far, but nothing suggests he'd be more successful if the people around him had taken more badges.

It is not about badges, it is about earning your position at one of the largest clubs in the world.

What Barca manager as earned their position?

No one earned it, not even pep. They were all given a chance.

It's part of the problem. This in-house management makes 7s very one dimensional. Other teams are much more versatile and are able to adapt. Look at formation for example. It's almost always 433.
