He is vital to the team and the salary would reflect that - he is more important than Iniesta, Suarez and Neymar right now.
Most important thing this summer is not new signings, but keeping our incredible squad happy and make them feel rewarded for playing some of the best club-football ever.
Renewal for Busquets and Neymar is very important, but maybe Suarez need a raise as well. After that, we can go look in the transfer market and strengthen the squad where needed with less worry about the chemistry and hierarchy in the squad.

At what point should we change our squad players though? If we win again everything, I feel like our team might not be as hungry anymore and we should replace some of them.. Winning everything two years in a row would be crazy and probably bad for some players motivation.
