Sergio Busquets

I hate to be that guy, but Torres goal is on him.

He let Koke completely free to receive the ball, obliging Piqué to leave his original position.

He got subbed out. :amazed:

Tbh we didn't need a DM, Atletico wasn't attacking at all - they didn't even counter with more than 2 players after Torres was sent off. Unconventional move by Lucho, but I understand he wanted more attack minded players like Roberto on.

I think it was more about mobility and not conceding a second, Atletico was running through our midfield and a fresh Roberto was a better fit than a tired Busi. IMO it was a great decision by Lucho the way I see it.

He wanted fresh legs, after the RM game he maybe over compensated with swapping out the entire midfield but I understand his decision.

He was also looking for that 3rd goal, which might of killed the tie.

Pfft, AS reporting that Pep and Mourinho are both targeting Busquets - who is apparently looking for an improved pay which we are obviously not in a position to accommodate, cause we're broke.

Don't know if there's any truth in this, the part where he wants a pay rise could be true, and obviously teams would love to buy him. A biscuits move seems unlikely, but it's frustrating how broke we are
