This season he has not been even close to this usual standards most of the times.
One of the reasons IMO is that our CMs left a big hole tactically in front of him in lots of matches so he got overburdened.
That is partly to blame on declining form of Rakitic and Iniesta, partly on stupid transfer policy (Gomes ffs) and Lucho having no clue tactically.

I think he was one of the best players last night.

Stopped some dangerous counter attacks as they barely started.

I`m still amazed how someone who played 4th division football last year, all of a sudden is able to cope in La Liga. Some tough games coming up, and if he maintains his forum, than thats it. It`s an official miracle

I just love this comment! ;) It's from 2008, a blast from the past.

Busi is the heartbeat of the team. When he is not in good form the team suffers. He covers the whole DM area in an unique, natural way, it's almost like... invisible movement. He knows where the ball is going, he knows what moves his opponent will make. Going past him is a difficult thing to do. It's probably a family thing, his father must have showed him some goalkeeper tricks to tackle the ball. When he is suspended or injured you witness yourself we get a nice beating, the likes of 3-0 against Juventus.:banghead:

P.S. - to this day I hate his father for this goal (03:16 minute in the video). I was only 8 years old and I remember crying a lot that night.

Did Bojan get a notification for that post? I remember when that feature was added and it sure wasn't in 2008, so does it send you alerts for posts made before it was implemented...?

Just curious, it's not actually valuable information

We were slicing that Madrid defence so easily because of him. His line-penetrating passes and defensive game were godly today.

Had to look up that match. We were still at war and I have a gaps in my Barca memory. Meaningless loss in group stage? You were really passionate hehe
