It's not Pep's fault if this board is completely incapacitated of basic stuff in football, like keeping the best and legendary players (that never wanted to go away) in the team.
If Busquets for any reason is not treated with the respect he deserves or if the board wants to sell (!) him, then why is Pep to blame for that?
For the same reason, i didn't blame Thiago for leaving. He wasn't the least respected by the club back then.
I am not surprised by anything since i read this freaking rumour that Bartomeou was considering selling Iniesta before Valverde intervened to veto his intention.

Thiago wasnt disrespected at all and nor has Busquets been. Nor was Neymar.
If Pep is trying to unsettle him he is a twat whether it works or not.

I don't think he is trying to 'unsettle' him. And he is not a baby, he knows what he wants. And i don't think he wants out.. There is no indication for that.
As for the respect, i am sorry but i have to disagree about Thiago. He is not to be compared to Neymar at all. Neymar wanted to be above messi and wanted to be above the club eventually. His ego and arrogance are overinflated

Neymar knew he would never be above Messi is more accurate and Thiago nor Neymar, nor Busi have been disrespected.
Pep would unsettle Busi and take him in a heart beat if he can/could.
If that is the case, he should have went with Matic. The closest there is to Busquets

I would raise the idea , that if we don't end up with quality no 6. I say how about look for quality DM (or use macherano there). And use busquets in the no 6 role. I am sure he will be great there plus with his exceptionally high footballing IQ it might turn out he is more effective in that role.

One of the weakness in this Barca team. We are probably the only top team in the world who doesn't have a proper defensive midfilder. He can't attack, he can't defend. He's way too slow to be of any use against top teams. he's probably ok for la liga, but not good enough for champions league.
