Nah, Pjanic is miles better in defense. he recovers his position million times faster than Busi and he actually attempts interceptions/tackles when there is a point to do so.
I can't believe I am defending Pjanic here since i was 100% against his transfer but I am so fed up with Busi

I'm so fucking tired of this crap.
Feels like we are being fucking forced to watch this dude start games because we had no money to get the Midfielder Koeman wanted aka Wijnaldum. The other CMs we have aren't perfect but goddammit I would rather play the likes of Pjanic, Puig, Roberto even Alena or Pedri in a two-man Midfield over the dysfunctional De Jong-Busi nightmare.
De Jong-Busi has to be one of the worst CM pairings we have ever had. And we had some really shitty ones, heck remember the Roberto-Masche-Rafinha trio from 2015, Spanish Supercopa vs Bilbao where we got ass blasted 4-0. There's nothing to the De Jong-Busi pairing that screams they can hold down the fort and control games and give us some defensive stability or creative passing at all.
All we get is De Jong who looks afraid to take the initiative from down deep and a walking corpse of Busi who can't even make safe sideways passes without fucking it up. Both can't shield an already abysmal back four very well as one of them is physically weak and slower than a fucking sloth trying to cross the road.

Do not know why he is pressing so high up the pitch all the time. Just runs out of formation and leaves huge gapes between central midfield and backline. Levante managed to expose that space plenty of times in the beginning of the game.
Some situations where the attack does not apply any pressure on the opponent's defense and he does that shit without a 2nd thought.
