Sergio Ramos : There are a number of players I like, but the one we perhaps need is Busquets

But some in here THINK that they understand better football then Xavi & Ramos.

Pep could not guarantee Sterling regular playing time .. that is why he buggered off to Chelsea even though his WC place could be in jeopardy if Chelsea continue to be shockingly bad ..

Pep loved Busquets .. first name on the teamsheet was the age old story

Busiqets has no reason to lower his wage. He has already lowered it and deferred under this current board.

With one year left we just need to get to the end of his contract and come to an agreement for his deferal payout schedule.

Busquets is the team captain and next in line of future Barca legend to be Barca coach.
He is a bit like Pique, he has a future career that will involve the club that will likely earn him a lot of money still.

Biscuits has been a total disaster in the cl for the past 5 seasons. Yes, he's not wholly to blame but he's been a stand out train wreck in ALL our humiliations even the EL loss against Eintracht.
If he was so great why didn't Pep try and sign him? No other big club was interested in the sloth. Without Xavi and Iniesta he looks exposed. Alot of players would look great with those two in midfield.

How do you (think to) know that? I want Busi gone with all my heart but I could see him becoming a very good coach. It will be interesting to see "Pep's coaching kids" developing - Arteta, Xavi, Busi, Kompany, Masche are the first that come to mind. They will all be real options for our bench if they are successful in other clubs. Don't remember if any of the Bayern guys went into coaching? Just remembered, Xabi.
