Since @SergioRamos moved to center of the defense Real Madrid have conceded only 1 goal in 7 games.
Sergio Ramos have also assisted and scored a goal respectively since playing as a CB.
Ramos' disciplinary record have also improved, receiving just 1 card (yellow) in this season so far.
now they will have to find a RB and LB... RB I would say Montoya and LB I would say Grimaldo when he is ready....

He needs to be MUCH more disciplined to be like Puyol. He is improving and I am genuinely surprised how well he is doing at the CB position, but to be honest he hasn't had much of a challenge yet. I hoped Lyon would give them a good fight but they were horrible.
And also, Macherano is much more like Puyol than Sergio.

Montoya won't displace Alves, so unless he moves to Valencia or we sell Dani for some reason, it's gonna be on Azpilicueta.
Arbeloa's a decent stand-in for now, though.

Why would you put Ramos on the left???
because he's better at LCB (that's where he's been playing for Real) and Piqué is better at RCB.
plus playing at LCB helps curb the retarded instincts that grab him whenever he plays at RB.
