Yeah , he is ungrateful. With 8 M per a year he's probably in top 2 defenders wage-wise.

I suggest Barcelona gives him that 4M raise he wants. He was an important piece for Barca winning the treble. He is a monster in the air there is no doubt about it , but the amount of silly mistakes he's making that lead goals is alot. Just the 2 goals that Barcelona scored against Real were partially his fault , keeping Sevilla in the game , losing his marker in the Valencia game that led to a goal etc..... I hope Real keeps him. And let's not talk about the amount of stupid fouls he makes that leads to him getting silly cards.
