Potentially, he should be among the top 3 CBs in the World, but I'm not sure he is because he usually doesn't display/play to his potential.

David Luiz got a great skillset for a CB too, but the defensive positioning and tactical awarness is simply not there for him.

It's true that this season was way above his last seasons but still, he's a great player. Ramos is a huge liability and we concede plenty of goals because of him.

I'd take De Gea ,Otamendi and Varane over Casillas,Ramos,Pepe.

Yeah I'd agree with that. Still ramos and even pepe are worth keeping around. You need to find your best combo. I think Varane and Ramos would be right up there with the best centre back pairings in the world.
