Totti is the man.

I don't understand the hate, is it the giant ego? i think he's awesome with his ego, wouldn't have it any other way.

No offense man, but I don't understand how a regular Serie A watcher wouldn't understand why so many of us hate Totti. Yes he's a fantastic player if you can forgive his sheer level of douchebaggery but that's very difficult.

Well i personally love him i think watching him as a player outweighs all the douchebaggery, he doesn't hide his ego like Messi, isn't as much of a twat with it as Cristiano, i think he rocks it well & doesn't hide his personality.

I'm with Nolan on this. I don't particularly care how skilled he is, his ego and attitude (admittedly better now than in the past) makes it difficult to like him at all. the one exception I'll make is the 2006 world cup.

Fair enough, but for me his overwhelming ego, obsession with control and doing everything (he's far worse than Raul was at Madrid even), overplaying his loyalty when he's always been on high wages and gets a level of power that wouldn't even come close aynwhere else, and his antics on the pitch - diving, harassing refs, I mean he even spit on a ref which puts him in the same league as Cesc! I just can't like the guy. He's actually been better over the last year or two though like Woobie said, and I respect how good he still is.

He's an incredible player but he's probably got the most inflated ego in the world, and, as Nolan said, he abuses his influence.

If the Serie A started on Matchday 9, Milan would’ve been first in the standings with 17 points, along with Montella’s Fiorentina.

Milan are not nearly as bad as many people think. But they have lost too much ground already. But it is possible that they can get that top 3 spot.

Totti isn't diver, sometimes milks fouls, but compared to Alexis or Di Maria he is newbie in this category.
