Marek Hamsik became the latest Napoli player or family member robbed at gunpoint in Naples. Hamsik, whose agent said he wouldn't ever leave the city last week and was the subject of a mural expressing Naples' love for him, had just left Napoli's 0-0 draw against Sampdoria at the Stadio San Paolo when the armed gunman bust through his car window.

'Two individuals were reported to have stopped his car, smashed one of the windows and, after waving a gun in the 25-year-old's face, made off with his watch and other valuables, before police arrived on the scene.'

Dunno, all the teams around Milan seem to be in free-fall right now. In fact all the teams who were above or level with Milan in the table going into this round dropped points, and looking at the fixtures that really shouldn't have been the case. Viola got a good result, but for a long run prior to that they were a train wreck, and I still think they have a thin squad compared to Milan. The only disadvantage Milan have right now is Europe, particularly with the next round being such a crucial one. Oh, and being totally dependent on a man called Mario Balotelli, that doesn't fill me with confidence either!
