Pallotta confirms Roma’s stadium presentation at the end of March
“We’ll present the stadium project at the end of March. Very modern, high-technology. In Europe there is no such thing. There is something in the U.S., San Francisco and Kansas City. It will be a modular structure that can be adapted to events of 15, 25 or 45 thousand spectators. We will have at least 200 of those a year, including games, concerts, rugby matches, also a jazz festival.
“The mayor has lived and worked for many years in the United States and understands very well the value of a work that enriches the city, offers new opportunities and new jobs and will not cost anything to the taxpayer, all private money from U.S. financial institutions. We’ll talk about it at the official presentation of the stadium at the end of March. Beginning in August, we could do it in two years,” he revealed.

I follow Inter as it is my team in Italy. I haven't watch every game this season, but I'm wondering why Kovacic wasn't playing today. A mid-field of him, Hernanes, Cambiasso, and Guarin could do some damage.

Inter need a clean-out this summer and it has to start with Mazzarri. Milito, Samuel, Ranocchia, Guarin, Hernanes all have to go and be replaced by fresh blood. The players who are hungry for success and are not tactically dull.

Kovacic really hasn't gotten enough game time a developing player like him should get. I don't know if Mazzarri just doesn't like him or what, though he really doesn't seem to like young players in general (he finally woke up & learned to start Icardi instead of Milito though, at least today).
Hernanes? I hope you put him by mistake.

Not by mistake. Hernanes is a quality player. But not for the price Lazio has put on him for his age. Better not to make his deal permanent and spend the money on someone younger.
