Should Barca keep Bojan?

Loan definitely.
He has potential but he won't fulfill that with random sub appearances, he needs regular playing time as his problem at the moment is confidence really.
Just make sure Pep really explains to him how / why he's going (albeit only on loan) as he seems too sensitive and sheltered, he'd probably feel aggrieved and think Barca abandoned him if Pep doesn't assure him he has a place in the side when he develops.

Just give Villareal €20m + Bojan loan for Rossi. Perfect resolve for all parties.

This might seem hard to believe, but Bojan has the best goals per minute ratio of the Guardiola era. He might not play a lot, but when he does, he usually scores. Also, he did brilliantly when he replaced Ibra at the end of 2009/2010. I'm not sure we would have won that league without Bojan's great performance in the last few matches.

We definitely shouldn't sell him, I think he can be our striker for the future. After all, he's very young especially considering he's a striker (striker usually peak at 25+). Loaning him could be a good option, since he won't get the game time he wants with Messi, Pedro, Villa et al. around, but selling him could turn out to be a mistake in my view. Bojan has shown loyalty and will to succeed, I'm sure he will prove all his doubters wrong with time.

I think the problem is in his head... too much pressure in a club like Barça...

He should permanently leave, if it means that he can play in his preferred position.
Let's face it, the kid isn't all that great on the wing. He's a fantastic crosser, but he's much too weak to play there full time.
The only way for him to get his confidence back, is if he's playing full time, and where he's supposed to be, and as long as Messi stays on striker ( which he obviously will), there's not much of a place for Bojan...
I'd love for him to stay, but him staying and playing on the wing won't benefit him, nor Barca.
