Man Utd. and 20m final fee don't work together.

Max Utd. tax is 20m in itself. So 40m and they can have Dest.

Every club has a spam system that sends all United e-mails to trash if they don't contain at least 40m in the title.

So you can't sell him for lower than 40m because the club would never get the offer in the first place.
