Because a Hummels-Pique partnership is a really salivating thought.

Yep I hope Pep stop being a hardhead and get a defender. He's strengthening forward and midfield but still nothing about defence. Is getting a CB really that hard? Get one for christsake!

i was referring to our members here that i've argued with over the last few weeks about the need for a defender. i can't convince pep about anything obviously, but i would hope at least our members would see that this makeshift defense will not be good enough when the going gets tough.

Botia? That's all I can think of and if we were going to sign him, we'd have done it by now.

What do you guys think of Aly Cissokho? With him we could permanently move Abidal to CB. There are so few good fullbacks around and he´s one of the better ones IMO.
