Unless the dumb coach gets enough balls to try & use Miranda - we have to sign a backup for Alba!

No Verma is not a good backup at LB - The last time he played LB we lost against minnows. The last time we played a converted LB->CB (Mathieu) at LB position, we were humiliated in CL! (Before you go ahead and call it a joke for comparing Mathieu to Verma, remember the former was a better LB than Verma and played longer as a full back!)

It's clear we need to find a backup for Alba in January. IMHO we should go for a long term solution (Mendy). If Lyon won't let him go in January we need to sign or loan some old experienced player for 6 months. I don't know who that is but we need to find someone because Miranda isn't ready yet.
