Don't worry mate, we will see some highly entertaining synchronized horizontal passing tonight for sure! If sideways passing was an Olympic sport we'd surely win gold with Gomes taking home the MVP! :pep:

Some of you are misunderstanding but Valverde is not trying anything here. This kind of approach is only temporary action not to lose the match usually in order to avoid extreme criticism. If Valverde was really experimenting with the squad and doesn't mind the result of this preseason game for the greater good, he was supposed to come up with more attacking line-up to create more chances, more stable possession and most importantly, to go for the win. That's the right mentality and philosophy that the manager of this club should have.
