Nordic countries usually consist out of Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland - Iceland is a "bit" further north. Haven't noticed any young father traditions in Finland nor Sweden yet

I am Icelandic, and no, it is not cultural or normal at all to be father any younger in Iceland than it is elsewhere in Europe.
