Vaccinated or have the correct exemption is the rule.

They will let him play as they made errors in way handled it even if the exemption was not done to the letter.

They got the judge to say in the hearing "What more could this man have done?". Who says the exemption was not done to the letter?

There is no argument that Djokovic, when he arrived in Australia late last Wednesday, was armed with a vaccination exemption provided by a qualified physician and infectious disease expert provided by Tennis Australia, and a letter from the Department of Home Affairs confirming his paperwork appeared to be in order.

He had recently recovered from a COVID-19 infection and by the reading of health guidelines by the Tennis Australia panel, did not require vaccination for another six months.

This whole mess is because some politicians wanted to score some points by going tough on a famous vaccine-skeptic. They dribbled the rules, and the judge didn't have it.

Yes he said 'what more could the man have done' as it was indicated to him he had the correct VISA previous to flying to Australia and then Djokovic was offering to get in touch with the channels to offer to resolve it.

Judge is saying Djokovic could do no more at that point as it has been indicated to him all was in order.

"any reasonable person would assume they had ticked every box" is the argument from Djokovic side.

That is where debate lays and Djokovic will win out and Australia will let him play.
