Travellers need to be prepared to present to airlines:
- proof that you meet Australia’s definition of fully vaccinated, or poof that you cannot be vaccinated for medical reasons. For information on proof, see Vaccinated Travellers.
- evidence of the negative pre-departure Covid-19 PCR test undertaken within three days of travel as outlined above.

Yea, the point was their rules are dumb as fuck. But in the end, people have the right to adopt dumb rules. You just have to be clear what those rules are not make them up as you go along, like they did with Djokovic case.
Let's be honest here, Djokovic who is COVID negative poses ZERO risk for the health of John Q Australian Citizen. Makes fuck all difference if he's vaccinated or not. In fact, he was unvaccinated last year and didn't make a difference, he even won the tournament, now all of a sudden it's this big deal
. It's all political bullshit. The worse part is they didn't even make it clear since the start: dude, no vaccine, no pass. Would've cleared the whole mess. AO is a vaccinated-only event. It's simple. Then Djokovic would've known that if he doesn't get the jab, he doesn't get to fight for the tournament.

Vaccine covid passes are dumb in general.
He tried to get in illegally .. I would chuck him into jail for a month or so just to teach him a lesson.
