I just read on samba foot that alex want to go back to brazil. I read on another site that psg want to offload vanderwiel and blanc said sakho position in the team wouldn't change and sakho will want to leave and that he will understand if sakho wants to leave. That 3 likely opening that marquinhos can been brought to fill without ts leaving and he has portugese passport so all the former brazilians can stay and they still add him as a rightback to replace vanderwiel if he leaves and sakho without alex or any other brazilian leaving.

Have you discussed it with him before? Although I don't find most of those one-liners funny, I'd take them over insane negativity any day.

Only 49 times and counting.
Here's a picture of Thiago Silva to keep things on topic:

yes, i agree. PSG have money coming out of their ears. they wont sell thiago silva. they dont want to, and they dont need to. if silva goes on a strike or demand to be transferred (which is highly unlikely), PSG will have the money to make a statement and put TS in the stands for the rest of the season and missing the world cup in his home country as a warning to other players who demand to be sold even if they have been treated well by PSG.

To sum it up, TS will not sign for Barca, and thats just fine.

Just imagine 10 or more people doing that, all the time. Any discussion would go down the drain. Doing it occasionally is fine, but not all the time.

Why would psg sell thiago silva to us at a time monaco is bringing falcao, moutinho and james rodriguez.psg are scared of monaco and all this guys so they want to add marquinhos to pair him with silva so as to solidify their defence nothing else. i don't why our obsession with ts has blinded you all, even with ts and without monaco and their new signing psg still struggled to win ligue 1 so why would they want to sell their captain, best cb,organizer of their defence and replace him with marquinhos who lacks leadership quality and who just had 1 great season do you all think they are that foolish and wouldn't have doubt about marquinhos and his ability to perform on the same level as thiago silva and you suggesting marquinhos to replace ts at psg is like you suggesting cavani is going to psg to replace ibrahimovic and not to pair with him and on top of this all marquinhos can also play as a rightback maybe he is going to replace van der wiel.i think at the end we will overpay for luiz and sign him for 40-45m because the board want a big name and coupled with him been a brazilian and rosell loves brazilians and the other two brazilian(ts and marquinhos will hang around at psg)where they will likely form the best cb pairing and marquinhos will learn and become better by playing with ts.

It's not about, if PSG want or need to sell TS, it's about what he wants. We are trying to sign him since 2011, he "flirted" with Barcelona on several occasions, saying that it's his childhood dream to play for Barcelona and that he is a fan of the club. Last year when Milan finally decided to sell him, he was more or less forced to leave for PSG. Perhaps were Leonardo and Ancelotti the guys that made PSG an "acceptable" destination for TS, however both left this summer. In my opinion there is nothing that holds him there, except a Sheikh that doesn't want to give his dearest toy away. If TS wants to play for Barca, this is the last year that this transfer could happen, so it's on him to put a transfer request in.

Well to be fair it gets pretty annoying after awhile. Anyways, I think it's legit that Thiago Silva is not leaving. We all should just move on but nothing is going on.. Next season is going to be one hell of a party.

why is it nothing that holds him there? PSG are about to sign players like Cavani, Marquinhos and many more and basically have all the resources in the world to amass a challenge on all fronts. He is a certain starter for brazil. he isnt going to risk anything by pissing off the club that owns him just one year before the world cup in his home country.

As I said this is my opinion and it are quotes like this, that solidify it. Money and a galactico troop will never guarantee success.

Adriano: "If it would only depend him, Thiago Silva would already be here at Barça, but it doesn't and the clubs should find a deal." [rac1]

really? How did mediocre teams like chelsea and city suddenly become so big, powerful and successful then? players are fleeing traditional european powerhouses for sugar daddy clubs everywhere. monaco, psg, city, chelsea, they sign who they want except barca and madrid players. meanwhile, clubs like valencia have to pick up the crumbs that middlesborough dont want to buy.

The majority of players still prefer Barca/Madrid above the oil-clubs though (because of their tradition and prestige), and for Thiago Silva that isn't any different.

Anyway, I don't have a good feeling about this, I wouldn't be surprised if PSG end up with both T. Silva and Marquinhos at the end of the summer.

lots of clubs have far more tradition and prestige than the clubs owned by crooks, thieves and gangsters, but they cant compete with them.

were we not interested in silva last season? What happened? silva did not refuse to go to psg, even though we were interested. and we are the 2nd richest club in the world!

Well good for them, because all this Marquinhos idolization is just irrational. The guy had 1 good season and some of you want us to splash +30M. Let's just find a midfielder, like for example Kondogbia, convert him to CB and stop waisting our time and nerves.

Silva had given his word already to Leonardo (and PSG) last summer, and Barca initiated the negotations too late (Zubi was too busy chasing Javi Martinez and Song probably). Anyway, last season Barca weren't desperate to sign a CB yet, the defence wasn't in shambles (yet) as it has been this season; last season we definitely wouldn't have payed Milan's asking price (42M). This season we're a lot more desperate of course and we'd undoubtedly be willing to pay the 42M, but unfortunately PSG don't want to negotiate.

Al-Khelaifi (president PSG): "Thiago Silva played a fantastic season, the fans love him. For me, he's not for sale at any price." [via as]
Al-Khelaifi (president PSG): "Thiago Silva is one of our most important players. He's the captain on and off the pitch." [via as]

There probably are. But honestly? Repetitive shit like what he's constantly spewing is the cancer of this forum. And, yeah, I'm fed up with it.

I used to believe in darthvader7888 like you, but then I took 7 of his repetitive posts to the face.
