Unless I happened to stumble upon every poor game and missed the good ones but I swear he single handedly lost me more bets than any other player for a while.

Sakho would be a risky acquisition, bearing in mind that his playing style is just as impulsive as his attitude. Starting the season without a new cb might emerge to be the inferior option though.
