Really? This is your breaking point for taking Madrid seriously? Not the 40m on Illara when Kondogbia is available for half, not the Mourinho eye-poke and backing him, not blaming a charity organisation for a loss, not the fact they appealed the ban Pepe got for his thuggery vs Getafe, but this? For me Madrid are an absolute joke of a club, I'd argue they're no different from PSG/Monaco/City/etc, if not worse.

Jeez, calm down. I'm aware of all the things they've done in the past.

And yes, this is the breaking point for me. It means they haven't learned a thing from the last time they became obsessed with big names.

It isn't, since we have Pedro and Alexis at the moment. But with our funds, the executives should be smarter and be a step ahead. Lamela is a rising star and if they were smart, they would have made a bid already. Whoever wrote that post was 100% correct, we'll probably be offering Alexis + a billion euros for Lamela a few years down the road.

Why? We have Gerard

Deulofeu is very raw, very very raw, but with the right coach he could become one of the best wingers in the world one day.
That's why I'm hoping that he doesn't go back on loan again next season.

Lamela is also left footed and is perfectly suited for the right wing, whereas Deulofeu will always play at his best on the left. Anything else is a compromise to find him a spot.

So Man United are going in for Ozil !!

Can't decide how I feel about this as it clearly weakens Madrid ( which is good ) but it massivley strengthens Man United in their only weak position .

Why Ozil really? he is an attacking midfielder, they have players to be used this way and the most known is Kagawa. What they really need is a central midfielder.

If there is any semblance of truth whatsoever to the story, it implies Rooney is leaving. Kagawa mainly plays left wing and drifts inside and Ozil, would presumably play in Rooneys slot behind RVP. I find ozil a brilliant player on his day, i just would not have him if it meant Rooney leaving - too important to us and i want him to break Sir Bobbys record.

I expect Fellaini to sign with us, we are to close to the end now for an alternative, we will push for him.

If rooney leaves, kagawa will play in rooney spot. man u played kagawa out of position that is why he did not play up to his standards. compare him with bvb and man u. man u needs a deep lying midfielder to replace scholes and may be a good passer of the ball. if possible a winger, because the current ones are not good enough. they don't need ozil when they have kagawa. if man u buy ozil nothing changes, he will just be replacement for rooney that is it. personally i would prefer rooney because he is a goalscoring threat unlike ozil.

But if man u buys a good midfielder and if kagawa can get better in wing position. Ozil will be a dream signing for man u, selling rooney to a non PL team is ok but chelsea then they are screwed badly even with ozil.

Fábio Coentrão has failed to agree terms with Tottenham meaning Real Madrid must pay €109m to sign Gareth Bale. (Source: GdS)

If bale cost 110, then messi is priceless.
