It is certainly plausible. But I found the price SportBild reported, 28m to be suspecious since it was previously reported that Bayern wanted 27m and BVB only offered 23m. There is no way BVB will end up paying more than what Bayern wanted.

1. OK that isn't very nice
2. The market has gone crazy.. Every class players has big transfer fee.. Unless of course we transform Roberto into RB and use him regulary on that position

Anyway I'm not saying Bellerin should be one and only option but there aren't many class RB that we can get..
