The agreement entails that should another team show an interest in buying any of these players, Real Madrid must be informed before Dortmund sanction the transfer. This would allow Real to first make an offer to the player before anyone else.

Quite possible. Only thing is, if it was a rumor started for just that purpose, wouldn't they go with a bigger player who's actually playing for Atletico? Someone like Koke or Greizman or something..rather than a guy who's loaned to Alaves..
