Barça likes him and he likes barça. He will be in england for some time but he will have problems with his playing style. For now city suits him but pep will not be there forever.

He'll turn 27 in a few months.

Time's run out for him. Cannot change his bad habits on the field. And Barca will have better and younger options in the midfield if the club play their cards right.

Nevermind that RM will surely insert a "no Barca clause" in his contract, so to be even able to sign him we will need him to have a Di Maria type of career, leave RM to PL & flop, move to another club and flop and they sell him for us. At best he will be 29 with 3 clubs willing to sell you in past 3 years

Try to get De Jong, if not possible save the money for next summer. Next summer we need De Jong, De Ligt(Pique replacement) and a Suarez replacement. 50m for De Jong and around 60-70m for De Ligt. Any idea for a Suarez replacement?

For that price, it would be a steal imo. Worse players have been bought for much more.
