What about money ??

Our budget is 50m and looking to your outcomes, we'll earn approximatively 40m . Not gonna be enough for Neymar (40m) + Kompany/Hummels (35m) + Ter Stegen (15m) + Inigo Martinez , Zouma (12m) or Marquinhos (25m).

But adding Villa to our outcomes can be a solution but I'm really not sure we'll get two CB. I think that the purpose is to get one GK, one CB and one forward if we sell Villa and/or Alexis.

I reckon we can sell Bojan for around 7M. Nobody would be willing to pay that 12M, but I guess 6-7 is a nice figure to which both parties can agree.

Masch has been playing CB for Barca because he has been one of Barca's two best CBs for quite a while now. He plays more the Puyol because the team thinks he is playing better than Puyol. Although he is not your classic CB, he is superb at recovering the ball and at long passes.

All the Masch critics will now have the chance to see how much better he is at CB than the available alternatives.

Masch has not been backing up Busquets at DM because he can't play any more than he is now playing. He is excellent at DM for Argentina, and was excellent for Liverpool. He could go back to DM for Barca, though he would be #2 to Busquets. Barca could bring in a primo CB, and then sell Song.

If Mourinho stayed another season then it wouldn't be so absurd. He's going to leave though so there's no real reason Ramos would demand a transfer, which is what he would have to do for Madrid to even consider letting him go.
