LOL whatever you say....League, cup competition and european cup. An authentic treble. Plus it was in an era where both cup competitions were taken seriously. We always took the league cup seriously back then as it was the first opportunity to be back in europe for the following season. A cup is a cup.

I would personally count 1984 as more of a real treble, not 2001 though. To be a real treble the league title definitely needs to be included.

100%. You can't leave out the lenghties competition, that drains the most out of your energy during the season.

This is an additional argument that this Barca treble is better than the 08/09 one. I never knew the Ajax side, but these are impressive records.
